Lead Times
We are a print to order shop so our lead times for processing orders is 7-14 days. When we are running sales(BOGO, Black Friday and etc..), this time can be extended due to increased demand.
Shipping Carrier/Times
We are currently offering free shipping on all domestic orders and we generally use UPS or USPS as our shipping carrier. Standard shipping times range from 3-7 days depending on your location. Once your order has been processed, an email will be automatically sent to you that will contain your tracking information. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CORRECT EMAIL IS ENTERED WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
Shipping Address Change Request
When entering your shipping address please ensure that all the required information is provided ie... apartment numbers, suite numbers and etc are properly listed. Kelia kids isn't responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to entry error. Once the order has been placed we will not accept any shipping address change request.
Returns/Refunds
We don't accept returns. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we can discuss further if the situation arises.

Please don't send us DM's on social media because we will not be able to respond.
All jerseys sales are final. Please double check that you are ordering the correct size prior to placing an order. If you have questions regarding sizing please reach out to us before placing an order. Jersey refunds will only be processed if we send out the incorrect size or team.
All tee sales will only be refunded or cancelled if a request is submitted within 24 hours of the order being received and will be on a case by case bases. Please send an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
